Chocolate Zuccini cup cakes.... mmmmm...good!!

I love this time of year. I get to reap the rewards of my small garden... fresh zucchini!! Peel it and grate it into your favorite chocolate cake recipe...adds lots of moisture and makes the cupcakes healthy right??!!  wink ..wink...
